2015 Trumpet "Volunscary" and Year in Review

This year's Trumpet "Volunscary" was full of festivities and events, including a guest artist appearance by Dr. Dennis Edelbrock, Professor of Trumpet at George Mason University. Denny is the founder of the National Trumpet Competition and has performed as principal trumpeter in the U.S. Army Brass Quintet and Pershing's Own in Washington, DC. He and I performed a duet by David Sampson, and he conducted the UND Trumpet Ensemble at the concert. Denny was also guest soloist with the UND Wind Ensemble, performing a premier of a work by one of his former students, and performed Carnival of Venice as an encore.
